Visit to Family-Owned Wineries:

This tour also includes a visit to a family-owned winery, where you will take part in a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar. Learn about the history of the winery and the traditional methods of wine production that have been passed down through generations. You'll gain insight into how Chianti Classico wine is made, from the careful selection of grapes to the aging process in oak barrels.

After the guided tour, you’ll indulge in a delightful wine tasting, where you’ll sample a variety of wines, including the iconic Chianti Classico, as well as other varieties produced at the winery. The tasting will be accompanied by a traditional Tuscan lunch, made with locally sourced ingredients, such as crostini, pasta, and aged pecorino cheese—all enjoyed alongside the winery’s finest wines.

Visit to Medival Chianti Villages:

Chianti is one of Italy's most iconic region, known for its rich history, rolling vineyards, and medieval hilltop villages making this region a must-visit for any wine and/or history lover.

As part of this tour, you can also explore some of the most charming villages in the Chianti region, such as:

• Greve in Chianti: Known as the gateway to Chianti.

• Radda in Chianti: Radda is a small medieval village with narrow streets and fantastic panoramic views of the vineyards.

• Castellina in Chianti: A picturesque village known for its ancient passageway that runs beneath the village.

• Panzano in Chianti: A quaint village with a lively market square and incredible views of the Chianti hills.

These villages offer the perfect blend of history, culture, and the natural beauty of the Chianti countryside.

Flexible Itinerary Based on Your Interests:

• Not a wine enthusiast? We can adjust the itinerary to focus more on visiting medieval villages and just 1 winery. You’ll have time to explore the local history, architecture, and picturesque Tuscan streets.

• Love wine? We can visit 2 wineries and 2 Chianti villages for a more immersive experience. (approximately 5 wines per winery).

  We’ll tailor the program to ensure you get the most out of your 8-hour tour, whether that means more time at wineries or exploring additional villages.
