Experience the beauty of the Cinque Terre, one of Italy’s most stunning coastal regions, on this 10-hour tour. Begin with a scenic drive along the coast to La Spezia, where you’ll board a train or ferry (depending on weather conditions) to explore the five iconic villages—Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. The train ride between villages takes about 5 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes as you travel from one village to another.

During the tour, you will have plenty of time to explore each charming village, wander through narrow streets, take in panoramic views, and enjoy the local shops and cafes. The train rides will be done without the driver’s company, but we’ll be on hand to assist if needed. This flexible tour gives you the chance to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site at your own pace.

This tour is designed to offer flexibility, so you can tailor the experience to your interests. Here’s a suggested itinerary:

• Pickup from your accommodation in Florence or nearby Tuscan villages.

• Arrive at La Spezia train station and begin your scenic journey along the Ligurian coast.

• Take the train or ferry (weather permitting) to your first village. You can start with Monterosso—the largest of the five villages—known for its beautiful beaches and historic old town.

• Continue to Vernazza, one of the most photographed villages, with its charming harbor and colorful buildings.

• Travel to Corniglia, the only village not directly on the water, offering stunning views of the surrounding cliffs.

• Visit Manarola, known for its colorful houses perched on the cliffs, and enjoy some free time to explore.

• End with Riomaggiore, the southernmost village, which offers spectacular views and quaint streets to explore.

• After exploring the villages, take the scenic drive back to your accommodation.

• Drop-off at your accommodation.

You can adjust the timing or duration in each village depending on your preferences!
